Why we love our office
The location is amazing, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars with options to grab food, beer or even ice cream outside. It's easy to get there by public transportation, but we also have bike parking spaces. The office is very spacious with comfortable couches, a long dining table where we love chatting, and a fully-equipped kitchen where we visit the snack and drink storage pretty often.

What makes us strong?
One of our strengths is our employees and the community we have (going out for a drink, playing board games, etc). The other is our developers’ work: it’s a real treasure that they can work on our very own products from A to Z.
Tech stack and tools we use
Our Back-end is Python, Django and we have some services in Kotlin, our Front-end is React + Redux mainly. The whole system runs on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS). We work in SCRUM teams, the backlog is in Jira, the documents are mainly in Confluence. For data warehouses we use Snowflake, and Looker for reports and dashboards. We have lots of senior developers in our teams.
How do we work now?
Hybrid working model offers flexibility with which you can always give your best at work. Should you come in to do your operative tasks or to join the in-person meetings, we offer you the choice. Do not forget, during your office days, we invite you for lunch ;)!

Hearsay has kept growing during the pandemic and we'd love to continue taking this path. We believe that if you grow, we also grow as a company. Hence we offer an annual training budget for our employees together with corporate training and mentoring when needed.
