2005-02Peter Jones ausztrál üzletember kezdte a Novat egyetlen 1 szoba kiadásával az üzletet.
2009A siker nem váratott magára, rövid időn belül 30 lakásra bővült a portfólió az Akácfa utcában.
2015A Corinv Negyed , Prince Aparthotel nyitassa .
2017A Gozsdu ban a Mango Apartment Hotel nyittasa . Jelenleg tobb mint 40 lakasal uzemel.
