Online marketplace for research mentorship
Polygence is a Stanford- and MIT-founded online educational marketplace that pairs intellectually curious high school students with PhD and postdoctoral researcher-mentors to pursue tailor-made research projects in the students' field of interest. Polygence's gives motivated students around the world access and exposure to cutting edge research in their chosen areas of interest.
Polygence's goal is to give motivated students around the world access and exposure to cutting edge research in their chosen areas of interest in both the humanities and in STEM. For many of our students this is their first time doing research and they find this experience both intellectually very rewarding and especially beneficial to their academic advancement.

Why we love our office
Budapest, Révay köz 4, 1065 Hungary
KAPTÁR is a co-working space in the heart of Budapest near Deák tér. It is a sunlit community office with well-equipped meeting venues, unlimited hot drinks consumption (including a light roasted specialty coffee) and lots of wonderful people. Polygence has permanent designated desks, where its engineers are working.

Our California office is currently located right next to the campus of Stanford University, surrounded by palm and lemon trees, gyms, parks, great cafeterias and lots and lots of young people. It is a truly inspiring place to be in. While you will be working remotely most of the time, you will enjoy these wonderful surroundings whenever you visit for a job-related or team-building trip.
