Szuper egyszerű parkolás és tömegközlekedéssel is két csomópont (Dózsa és Áprád Híd) között terül el az iroda. A közelben még pandemic alatt is sok szórakozóhely és étterem van. Az iroda alapvetően csendes és tágas, illetve két szintes, így bőven van tér kreatív ötletek megvalósítására is.
