How we work
We have daily standups at 9:45 EET.
The primary communications channel at the company is Slack, it connects team members, partners, clients, and our robots.
We have real Scrum experience, the stakeholders of the product you'll work with, prefer a simple Kanban-like flow.
We demand properly scoped requests and stories from the stakeholders and also from each other.
What will you learn
A wide-angle of the Software Development lifecycle: apart from customer requirements and basic software quality measures, you'll have experience about real customer impact on a platform that has a massive and growing user base.
Ideal candidate
Your organizational experience is expected, but if you have no experience with a specific area be open to admitting it. Then we can work together on tightening the loose ends.
As we refine the workflow together we may decide to try or switch over to new methodologies, so ideally you're open to pivot if needed.
Also, be a party face, our workshops go crazy sometimes 👯 🐩 💃👽🎸
