Your job is to generate leads for the sales team. You will get full freedom how to achieve it but we expect results :) Your task is to create the marketing strategy in cooperation with the sales team then execute it with continuous iterations based on customer feedback.

How we work
We like to create a no BS company culture that nurtures independent work and honest, positive feedback. We are results-oriented, no matter the working hours. We have as few meetings as possible and work in an agile way in weekly sprints. We do weekly planning on Mondays and evaluations on Fridays. Each team member has bi-monthly 1-1 discussion with our CEO/CTO.

Our story
- 2014-07Avatao was founded from a side project at CrySyS Lab at BME in Budapest.
- 2016-09The side project became popular and we released the first version of the platform to the public.
- 2017-08We received the first investment and started to conquer the world and we moved into our new office.
- 2018-10Seed funding allows us to expand to international markets, mostly UK/US. Team is expanding.
