Your job is to create content, create and implement marketing strategy and -in the end of the day- generate leads for the sales team. You will get full freedom how to achieve it but we expect results :)

The ideal candidate is a strong and candid communicator, who had extensive experience in content creation, specifically as a tech writer with the ability to get things done independently. You would fit well if you enjoy working with techies in a fast-paced environment within a thriving startup company.

How we work

We like to create a safe and comfortable company culture that nurtures independent work and honest, positive feedback. We are results-oriented, no matter the working hours. We have as few meetings as possible and work in an agile way in weekly sprints. We do weekly planning on Mondays and evaluations on Fridays. Each team member has bi-monthly 1-1 discussion with our CEO/CTO.

Our story

  1. 2014.07

    Avatao was founded from a side project at CrySyS Lab at BME in Budapest.

  2. 2016.09

    The side project became popular and we released the first version of the platform to the public.

  3. 2017.08

    We received the first investment and started to conquer the world and we moved into our new office.

  4. 2018.10

    Seed funding allows us to expand to international markets, mostly UK/US. Team is expanding.

  5. 2020.07

    We moved to a new, bigger, brighter office

How can the employees affect the company’s life?

No bullshit is our motto. Try to keep a flat company structure. We emphasize honesty and are open to hear about new ideas and we have regular team and 1-1 meetings where each one of us has their word.
