About the job
We are looking for a new Account Manager who will support our customers on a daily basis . We support our automotive clients in their own mother tongue that's why we expect from you a very strong German knowledge and also excellent communication skills in English. You will provide assistance to customers by answering, handling & resolving their questions related to their websites.

Ideal candidate
You are the one if you really like to deal with customers in multiple languages. There isn't any preferred language in this position, you will use your language knowledge based on the customer needs. If your desire is to use your German on a daily basis, this is not your dream job as we can't guarantee you that. But we can promise you a cheerful team with many languages.
Advantage, if...
you can speak another language at a confident level. Our customers speak not just in English but in Italian and French as well. The more languages you know, the better for the team.

If you really like this opportunity but 40 hours per week doesn't sound good for you, don't worry, this position could work part-time as well.
