About the job
You'll get direct experience designing, developing, testing&deploying services that work at high scale. You'll be working in a startup culture being a key player in developing & improving Confee. Here we all take out the trash, we implement the features, write test, manage the CI/CD and release code into production.
We're remote by default, it won't change in the future.

How we work
- We split work into small pieces (min 0.5 day, max 3-4 days)
- We use Scrum
- We start every day with a standup meeting, and 5-10 mins sync meetings when needed
- We prefer Jira and Confluence for project management and Teams for chat
- We value independent work, but always with you to help
What will you learn
We have in-house trainings and workshops, as we like knowledge sharing. We also have access to an online training hub. In case you need external knowledge, your manager will find the way!
