About the job

Conversific is a new kind of analytics tool for Shopify that assists our clients to optimize their traffic and conversion, to gather better data and grow online sales by 4 main areas:

  • Reports - see all important metrics in one place
  • Benchmarks - compare performance against peers in the industry;
  • Insights - tailored recommendations based on client's data;
  • Analytics - product & customers

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and communicate business understanding
Maintain and prioritize the work in the team backlog: Sprint planning, delivery, testing, monitoring
Resource management: Planning and managing resources and ensuring keeping the deadlines.
Conduction agile ceremonies: Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
