Ebbe a csapatba keresünk marketing & sales vezetőt.
Decembertől tünetellenőrzést, személyre szabott információkat és releváns magánorvosokat kínálunk egy új online platformon, hogy minél több ember aktív szerepet tudjon vállalni önmaga és szerettei hatékony gyógyulásában.

Az egészségplatform csapatával gyorsan fejlesztjük a terméket és azonnal iterálunk rajta. A Creative Dock agilis módszertanával dolgozunk nemcsak a fejlesztésen, de a cég építés minden területén. A reggeli és délutáni checkin fix, minimalizáljuk a formális meetingeket. Megosztjuk az ötleteinket, dilemmáinkat, kérünk inspirációt, tanácsot, de az önálló munka és a kreativitás mindig előtérben marad.
What will you learn
Módszertanunk lényege a szupergyors tanulás, amivel már 51 céget sikeresen felépítettünk különböző iparágakban. A kollégák elmondása szerint nálunk havonta lehet annyit fejlődni, mint sok helyen egy év alatt.
Csapatban dolgozunk, bármit megoldunk. Lesz olyan napod, amikor kórházigazgatókkal tárgyalsz, óriásplakát látványterveket véleményezel, és online kampányokat indítasz.

Ideális jelölt vagy, ha medior/szenior szintű sales & marketing management tapasztalatod van; magas színvonalon dolgozol, és ezt másoktól is megköveteled; aktívan építed és éled a céges kultúrát; nem félsz hibázni, és másokat is bíztatsz a gyors tanulásra; azt mondod, amit gondolsz, és azt teszed, amit mondasz; és közben nem veszed magad túl komolyan.
