Heti 30 órában te felelsz majd a munkatársak életben maradásáért: hogy legyen minden a munkavégzéshez szükséges dolog az irodában: kávé, tej, víz, gyümölcs, céges reggeli, papír, stb.
Lesz pénzügyi adminisztratív (számla kezelés és előkészítés a könyvelőnek, be- és kifizetések adminisztrálása), HR (szerződések, jelenlétik, szabik) és üzleti levelezés (emaliek kezelése/továbbítása) feladatod is.
