We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of online communities. We provide 24/7 management of our social media channels. You'll play a key role interacting with a broad audience at Etheal, and you will be responsible for keeping the community healthy and warm.

Tasks
-Support our growing community on social media Building and engaging community across diverse online channels spanning Telegram, Bitcoin Talk, Reddit, FB groups, Twitter, Zopim Live Chat, and other forums
-Answer community members’ questions in ICO-related Q&A sessions
-Start interesting topics, answer questions
-Build and manage relationships with online influencers
-Tracking and reporting on growth

Qualities
-Awesome verbal and written skills; excellent grammar and spelling in chat, forums, blog posts, etc.
-Patient and polite attitude, nonviolent communication: ability to communicate with a wide variety of disciplines and audiences across a wide range of external customers
-Fluent level in English
Nice-to-have
-Knowledge or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
-You speak Spanish/ Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean/Russian
-Experience in community management and active participation in digital communities will be an advantage
-React quickly to updates: we communicate real-time and asynchronously (across 10 time zones).You should be accomplished by using these tools efficiently or learn very fast.
