60% recruiter: Mostly candidate management and be the HR point of view during the selection.
40% HR business partner: Support managers with a result orinented attitude in HR realated questions. (defining recruitment needs, coaching, processes etc.)
This is a part-time position. Daily 4-5 hours at least 4 days/ week. We tried it, this time is enough for sure.
