How we work
Szervezetünk egy agilis, self-management módszertan, a Holacracy szerint működik.
Flipped classroom módszertan szerint oktatunk: az anyagokat a hallgatók egyedül dolgozzák fel, a képzés során a gyakorlatra helyezzük a hangsúlyt.
Mentorainkat aszerint dolgoznak egy-egy osztállyal, hogy milyen területhez értenek a leginkább: Front-end, Back-end, tesztelő és rendszerüzemeltető mentorokat is keresünk.
Ideal candidate
Nemcsak senior Back-end fejlesztő, de lelkes előadó, aki szívesen átadná a tudását.
Programozói tudása mellett angol-nyelvtudása is magabiztos, hiszen nemzetközi projekten, távol-keleti hallgatókkal fog együtt dolgozni.

Trainings and workshops
We spend 10% of our work time on self-training: courses, conferences, english class and coaching sessions. We learn not only from external trainers, but also from inhouse trainings!

We operate in a flat organizational structure called Holacracy. Everyone has the opportunity to bring in his own "tension" to our weekly meetings for which we are trying to find a solution together.
