In the Sales Team you are responsible for the smooth support of our existing customers as well as for the personal approach of potential customers. We coordinate inquiries and the preparation of offers in our sales area, support our customers with advice and assistance, and find the best possible products for their needs. You can expect a very good working atmosphere with a high degree of freedom.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for the individual consulting of B2B partners ( phone, chat, e-mail )
You identify the needs of your customers, inspire them with an unforgettable customer experience
Creating and following up on quotes is one of your core responsibilities ( cross- and upselling )
You will ensure that our customer database is up to date and complete
You will attract and reactivate customers and promote this through our eCommerce B2B solutions
