About the job

At the heart of Let Me Inn is a wish to provide better service each and every day for our clients. To do that, we need to excel at customer support and we need an experienced & challenge-seeking customer success leader to do so. We have a team of three wonderful agents tackling any request that may come our way, but we are lacking a leader capable of taking the department to the next level!

Salary range

Netto salary range 600 000 - 950 000 HUF

Responsibilities

Lead the team :)
Analyze and present performance metrics to the management team
Investigate broken processes and improve on the solid ones
Cooperate with other department heads to increase efficiency
Represent the client's interest in strategic discussions about the future
