About the job

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist As a growing startup, we pay close attention to our customers’ needs, and we always strive to provide them with more value. To provide best-in-class communication between OptiMonk and our customers, we are looking for an AWESOME Customer Support Specialist to make sure they can get the most out of OptiMonk.

Work schedule

Responsibilities

Maintain customer satisfaction
Answer customer questions and resolve issues via our support channels (tickets, phone and chat)
Collaborate with Technical Support and product teams to resolve technical issues
Help our users with invoice related questions and issues, coordinate with Finance if necessary
Take part in strategic planning and customer related initiatives and projects
