How we work
Kanban: daily standups, Kanban board, retros. However, we're working alone, we have a company culture where colleagues help each other whenever needed. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will act as a mentor for junior colleagues.
What will you learn
You will definitely deepen your knowledge in Python and Django. Also, if you are interested, you will have dedicated time for learning new things - for example, you can be a skilled mobile developer within our company, or improve your frontend skills. It only depends on you, we provide the time and the resources.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate loves having a beer with us after a long day, has a passionate opinion about what the best existing web framework is :), and loves backend development-related meetups, not only for the free pizza. :) And also not afraid to ask questions and share their ideas.
