Trainings and workshops
Growth is important, not only through our colourful projects, but also via the hundreds of courses available on our own iLearn platform. An internal coach, training courses are available on request.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
As a flat organization we have a no-door policy, even the leadership sits among us. Here Creative Bravery is not just a value but also a box in which we can collect, convey our ideas towards the leadership. We also have a platform where we can send all our requests, suggestions or feedback on international level which are addressed in our regular allstaff meetings. We like to listen and act :)
