We're testing distribution channels and setting processes in place. This role provides an opportunity to execute, measure, and improve upon experiments.

How we work
We have a (mostly) flat hierarchical structure with each department owning their own projects.
Currently, marketing reports directly to the CEO, and there is Senior Marketing Adviser helping part time.
Projects are rather long (3-6 months) where there is a weekly status report. You usually prioritize your own tasks then ask for managerial approval. As the team grows there will be weekly meetings.
