We already organized your first meeting with the co-founders Tamás, Bence, and Jimmy for Day 2. At this meeting, you will have a chance to talk with them about strategy and ask them about anything. Their office door is always open and they are super open to talking to all of us. We have a monthly Ask-Me-Anything and All Hands, and we use the #ideas Slack channel to collect all ad hoc ideas.

During the past year and a half, we have experienced massive growth. We started off 2021 as a small start-up with only 45 individuals, and closed the year as a scale-up with a staggering 170 teammates. Today, we are 268 teammates, and counting. Since 2020, our retention rate is 81.4%, which is quite impressive for a scale up company.
