How we work
We're working with a DevOps mindset and take complete ownership of the software we're using. We have self-organizing teams using agile, lean and scrum methodologies with rotating managers, we actively and collaboratively revisit the processes and redesign our tools to see what fits the current problems on retrospective meetings in every two weeks.

We are responsible for the software throughout the lifecycle and maintain a DevOps culture employing continuous integration and delivery.

We're currently in home office
During the pandemic we quickly moved to home office to keep our colleagues safe. Their wellbeing is our number one priority, that's why beside providing mental and physical support, we let our teams take their own office equipments - monitors, chairs, etc. - home.
We take full responsibility over our code. Our teams are dedicated to products, programs and projects, each taking ownership of their design, coding, testing, QA, deployment and maintaining, which are facilitated by their managers or rotating scrum masters.
Your onboarding experience
Your application process will take around two weeks. During this time of period you will have the chance to take part on interviews with several of our decision makers and your future teammates.
It's equally important you learn our goals, toolsets, your future local and global teams. You'll be invited to our (now) online beer sessions, workshops and buddy program to integrate in our community.
