How we work

The social media manager works closely with Dr. Meskó, the editor-in-chief and the head of marketing. We meet once a week and organize the work remotely every other time. We try to work in advance so posts and messages are designed days before those go live. This way, we can reduce the pressure and allow other team members to plan ahead based on our content.

What will you learn

Describing complex and abstract topics such as issues about the future of healthcare in a digestible and exciting way.

Synchronising several communication platforms, content formats and messages.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is dynamic, very good at managing social media channels and communicating with followers; likes to think about new ideas and enjoys professional freedom in their work (time- and responsibility-wise).

Enjoys working remotely and alone while also belonging to a supporting team.

Shares the mission of The Medical Futurist and wants to shape healthcare globally with us.

Trainings and workshops

We organize retreats and team building workshops 2-3 times a year at amazing locations.

How can the employees affect the company’s life?

We are a small team of 11 where everyone's idea matters and gets discussed. We thrive on the creative freedom our team members have and the ideas they bring to the table every day.

Why we love our office

We don't work in an office (have a studio though) but we choose a good place to meet once or twice a month. It allows everyone to work wherever they want.
