About the job

Maintain contact with call center managers, providing technical support and advice. Help to successfully develop and test new software features, taking into account our clients viewpoint. Supporting the other departments. Open trouble tickets to record all actions and to track problems. Following up on existing tickets and escalating unresolved cases to relevant support groups.

Responsibilities

Maintain contact with call center managers and supervisors, providing technical support and advice
Help to successfully develop and test software features,taking into account our clients viewpoint
Supporting the other departments
Answering calls and email in order to resolve customer issues
Afernoon and weekend duty (one week per month)
