About the job

We’re looking for an English speaking Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Budapest, Hungary. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission in helping our North American customers have a great experience when using Wise.

Salary range

Gross salary range 463 500 HUF
+Bonus

Plus allowance for evening hours.

Work later hours

Due to our North American customers being at least 6 hours behind, we tend to work later hours than the other CS teams. Our live channels (phones and chats) open at 3pm CET so will likely work a lot of afternoon and evening shifts. (we’ll get you a cab home from the office if you finish after 11pm).

We work differently and we’re proud of it. As part of our support team, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers have a great experience with Wise. You’ll also be the link between our customers and teams, helping our product teams identify areas for improvement.
