Az operáció a napi működés levezénylése mellett tréningekben, eszközmozgatásban, visszajelzések gyűjtésében, marketing kampányokban és különböző analízisekben is folyamatosan segít, azért felelős, hogy minél optimálisabban működhessenek a belső folyamatok. Folyamatos, negyedéves célok mellett haladunk és ezeket igyekszünk elérni heti sprintekkel, amik hétfőnként közösen beszélünk át.
