Az állásról

We are looking for a seasoned and well-connected entrepreneurial spirit to join our Budapest team and help us establish a leading presence in the local IT ecosystem. You will become the co-lead of our local Navigator (a.k.a. Operations Chief).

Your mission will be to launch and co-lead our new coworking and focus on community building and growth, sales, marketing and partnerships.

  • 2015We were young and foolish and opened our first CowOrKing in Sofia, Bulgaria. Members: 70
  • 2016Expanding in Sofia, opening another coworking floor, called Factory. Members: 250
  • 2017Won Central European Startup Awards Best Coworking Space category in the CEE. Members: 400
  • 2018Opened the View floor. Uber engineering team moves in. Won the CESAwards 2x Members: 600
  • 2019Opened a rooftop community hub/ bar. Hosted a lot of events we don't remember. Members: 600
  • 2020Opened another new space for enterprise clients and doubled our size in one year. Members: 800+
  • 2021Bought a superb old factory in Budapest and we are currently renovating it. Members in Sofia: 1200
  • 2022Planning to open the first CowOrKing abroad, in Budapest.

Arguably the best IT coworking space.


We are a bit... different.

We started as an IT startup. We needed an office. We didn't find one. Long story short, now we make coworking spaces for amazing IT humans. Cool, huh? We design 300 kg desks and get to see how teams build their businesses on them. Oh!, we also get to explore abandoned buildings, walk around barefoot and connect with remarkable people.

Basically... we are having fun.
