We are looking for a Software Development Manager into their business to lead a team of developers and testers who are responsible for the customisations of the organisations systems and customer facing web portal. Their tech stack is Java and windows but happy for the successful person to come from any background.

Flexible working hours
Our working hours are flexible, we arrive between 08:00 and 10:00, we leave between 16:00 and 18:00. Everyone has a routine that fits their own and the team's work schedule!
We are active during working hours, the most important hours are between 10:00 and 14:00. It is not a problem who takes a break when, when they goes out, we accommodate this by adjusting to the workflow.
