We are looking for a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Budapest. We are looking for someone who has 2+ years experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate is an independent and proactive individual with great communication skills in English and in Hungarian as well.
Location: 1-2 days/ week in our Oktogon office, rest of the week: home office

Sarcini
Source and recruit high-quality technical candidates, mostly developers.
Responsible for a steady flow of candidates across all stages of the recruitment process.
Identify and use creative recruitment channels beyond LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Build LinkedIn network and keep candidates engaged with the Intland brand.
Pre-screening and assessing candidates over the phone, keeping them engaged and motivated.
