As a Principle Engineer your role is to lead all of the technical aspects of an agile team of developers who are delivering a world class product on the global market. You have to be a master in C# and .Net development but you also have to be an experienced tech lead to assist others.

We combine Scrum and Kanban methodologies. We are planning and following our tasks in Azure DevOps. We have biweekly planning meetings to discuss the upcoming features with our product manager and have biweekly status meetings. We do 2-3 stand-ups a week on demand. Our best ideas and solutions coming from the active team discussions, but the individual work is more dominant at the realization.
