Our team is small and cross-functional. We cooperate with business, and what we build arrives in the customer’s hand within weeks. We work independently, with tech-savvy management and CEO. We work effectively, with great engineering culture and a problem-solving focus.

Our team is trusted to create a usable, valuable product, so we do not spend time with unnecessary things. We aim to be solution-oriented and pragmatic. We value ideas, irrespective of who said them.
Candidatul ideal
We are looking for someone for whom software development is a passion, not just a job. You not only write code, but you also craft and run a product. You are open to change and have the ability to learn, give and receive feedback, mentor others. You are pragmatic and proactive, and open for a challenge to influence an outline of a developing product.

Home office and COVID measures
We changed our working mode to remote at the end of 2020, and we still going strong with regular calls and online team building events. Both work and recruitment are arranged online.
We do not plan to go back on-site, because the home office proved to be effective and comfortable to us, but nevertheless, we miss each other's companion. After the pandemic, our plan is a 60% home, 40% office ratio.
