- Részt vehetsz a toborzási folyamat fejlesztésében és és a kapcsolódó projektekben.
Candidatul ideal
- Mindenekelőtt lelkesedik a recruitmentért
- Szeret interjúzni
- Minimum 2-3 év tapasztalata van toborzás-kiválasztásban, IT szoftverfejlesztési területen is
- Készségszinten alkalmazza az online toborzási és research technikákat
- Kezdeményező, empatikus és türelmes
- Jól viseli a monotonitást és a pörgést is
- Igényes, meggyőző a kommunikációja és kiváló a helyesírása
- Tudatosan szervezi meg a feladatait
