Job Description

You will lead our efforts to grow our base of English native speaker mentors through a variety of online marketing, partnership building and employer branding efforts. You will be working directly with one of our co-founders/general managers and cooperate tightly with our native speaker recruitment team. Success in this role will prepare you to lead a dedicated marketing team at a later stage.

Your first tasks would be...

  • Meet our team and go through an induction training
  • Review our current marketing activities and suggest improvements
  • Contact and build relationship with organizations in English-speaking countries

We help people overcome their fear of speaking English by using the innovative language immersion method: intensive, highly personalised camps held in quality resorts around the country in a real native English-speaking environment.
