Job description

As a Sales Team Manager & Trainer you will be responsible for managing a small team of Remote Sales – Recruitment Specialists (located overseas). You will provide continuous training & support to the team, assess their peformance, suggest and implement process improvements.

In 50% of the time, you will be also working hands on to deliver the Sales & Recruitment and business development targets.
