Develop and define development processes
Tracking and coordination of developer teams’ work
Build strong, long term relationships with clients
Report on progress, budgets, risks and issues.

Work with stakeholders to maximize quality within time and cost constraints.
Build strong, long term relationships with our clients, and the companies they work in.
Support smaller customers in the short-term.
Pay attention to clients’ feedback, take action and responsibility when necessary.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive to completion, identify, initiate and respond to changes.
Who you are
- You have the ability to create and nurture relationships quickly and maintain those relationships over time.
- You have extremely good communication skills, both written and verbal (English/Hungarian). We communicate with our customers via email, on calls and in person.
- You have deep understanding of project management methodologies.
