About the job
We are looking for a seasoned and well-connected entrepreneurial spirit to join our Budapest team and help us establish a leading presence in the local IT ecosystem. You will become the co-lead of our local Navigator (a.k.a. Operations Chief).
Your mission will be to launch and co-lead our new coworking and focus on community building and growth, sales, marketing and partnerships.

- Capable of fully understanding the coworking business.

Our story
- 2015We were young and foolish and opened our first CowOrKing in Sofia, Bulgaria. Members: 70
- 2016Expanding in Sofia, opening another coworking floor, called Factory. Members: 250
- 2017Won Central European Startup Awards Best Coworking Space category in the CEE. Members: 400
- 2018Opened the View floor. Uber engineering team moves in. Won the CESAwards 2x Members: 600
- 2019Opened a rooftop community hub/ bar. Hosted a lot of events we don't remember. Members: 600
- 2020Opened another new space for enterprise clients and doubled our size in one year. Members: 800+
- 2021Bought a superb old factory in Budapest and we are currently renovating it. Members in Sofia: 1200
- 2022Planning to open the first CowOrKing abroad, in Budapest.

We do not technically have an office in Budapest...yet.
But what we love about the one we have in Sofia is that we get to work in the coworking we build.
They are huge. Industrial. Bright, with plenty of sunlight. Functional. Comfortable. Full of unique design elements. Custom made everything. Dog friendly. Human friendly. And drop dead gorgeous.
