Senior Software Development Engineer (Java)
You will be an expert in different backend technologies and develop software that helps both our customers and colleagues in their daily lives. You will be responsible for the entire development and support process for a software program. Your applications will make previously complex tasks simple with the impact ranging from saving time, effort or money to re-defining normal.

The ideal candidate has a variety of knowledge in cloud and NoSQL technologies and have been exposed to different frameworks and libraries. You have experience with containerization, scalability and monitoring applications and demonstrate a good working knowledge of one relevant operating system. How we work
We're working with a DevOps mindset and take complete ownership of the software we're using. We have self-organizing teams using agile, lean and scrum methodologies with rotating managers, we actively and collaboratively revisit the processes and redesign our tools to see what fits the current problems on retrospective meetings in every two weeks.

We are responsible for the software throughout the lifecycle and maintain a DevOps culture employing continuous integration and delivery.
Our teams take complete ownership of the software we use, continuously overview what tools and methodologies fit the problems best. Most of the time we use:

We're currently in home office
During the pandemic we quickly moved to home office to keep our colleagues safe. Their wellbeing is our number one priority, that's why beside providing mental and physical support, we let our teams take their own office equipments - monitors, chairs, etc. - home.
We take full responsibility over our code. Our teams are dedicated to products, programs and projects, each taking ownership of their design, coding, testing, QA, deployment and maintaining, which are facilitated by their managers or rotating scrum masters.
Your onboarding experience
Your application process will take around two weeks. During this time of period you will have the chance to take part on interviews with several of our decision makers and your future teammates.
