About the job
Az ügyfélszolgálat a cég lelke. Fő feladatod lesz a vásárlókkal való kommunikáció: felmerülő kérdések megválaszolása és problémák gyors megoldása. Továbbá a partneréttermekkel való egyeztetés és a futárok munkájának segítése.
A probléma megoldás egy chat felületen keresztül történik, ott érkeznek be a beszélgetések, egy időben akár 4-6 beszélgetés.

How we work
Az ügyfélszolgálat minden nap 07:45-00:45 között érhető el, tehát este és hétvégén is tartjuk a frontot! A beosztás egy app segítségével egyedi igényeket figyelembe véve 2-3 hétre előre készül el. A shiftek vegyesen kerülnek mindenki számára kiosztásra (nappali, esti, hétvégi shiftek).
