Mentoring is project based. Most of the work is 1on1 between the mentor and his/her mentees in our office, but we have group activites for mentors and students as well. We're looking for mentors for our mentor pool, if you get in, we'll match you with potential mentees and you can decide how many you take on. Also, if interested, you can take up an additional country coordination role as well!

Why Engame Academy?
"The thing I really love about working here is the combination of freedom and support. If you have original ideas about how to make the programme even better and richer, the team will be there to give you feedback, and - if you are on the right track - actively help you implement your ideas. For me, this atmosphere of freedom, independence, and supportive environment is the reason why Engame is a unique and great place to work at." Tamás György, teacher/mentor
